Successful Arrival in Norway for Butterby Perfection

Butterby Shetlands have recently sent a pony to Norway to the Skogland Stutteri.

Butterby Perfection; a chestnut, yearling colt, was recently sent to Raold Skogland in Norway along with a Hutton pony.

Raold had made a visit to the UK in the summer of 2007 to find standard chestnut colts from which to breed in Norway.

Having visited several studs over his ten day visit he settled on a Hutton pony and Butterby Perfection.

Despite some nervous moments over paperwork and the expense of finding appropriate transport the two ponies finally arrived in Norway at the beginning of July and are safely and happily settled.
